| Below is a copy of a complaint submitted against CoastalGuide, which was resolved by showing SpamCop our disclosure and single-use license. The complainant evidently did not read the disclosure, which is on the form twice, nor did they read the email address advisory listed immediately beside the ''enter email'' area on the form, nor did they contact CoastalGuide directly through our system. Reports to SpamCop and most of the other DNS Blacklists can be made anonymously. How important is this? If your network is listed on SpamCop or other blacklist, it is effectively erased from the web. Email delivery will fail in general, and your website will not be able to be viewed!!
